Streamflow Measurements Streamflow measurements have been made in several locations in the La Cienega Area during the last 60 years or so. Generally, springs and seeps have not been directly measured; their contributions have typically been accounted for by stream reach. Most of the historical measurements have been made near the Acequia de.
